Pricing and Availability

On www.coverNpaint.com, coverNpaint makes an effort to offer accurate information, descriptions, and prices. However, if there is a pricing error for any requested goods, you will be immediately notified of it and given the choice of either verifying your order at the correct price or canceling it. Your order will be regarded as canceled if coverNpaint is unable to reach you. A full refund will be offered if you cancel and have already paid for the goods.

Prices are subject to modifications or change without notice and do not include handling, shipping, taxes, or tariffs.

Every order is subject to supply and order price confirmation. Special prices could be restricted to specific products and stock levels.

Dispatch intervals could change based on availability. Orders may experience delays due to postal delays or acts of God for which coverNpaint is not responsible.

Sales Tax

coverNpaint charges 9.5% tax on shipments made to Illinois.

Payment and Credit Terms.

Only for credit accounts, coverNpaint allows cash and company checks in addition to Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. US dollars will be used for finishing every payment. Net thirty (30) days from the date of shipping or pickup are the period of payment for clients with established credit. Customer credit terms are granted at coverNpaint's reserved discretion. Additionally, coverNpaint has the right to impose a 1.5% monthly late fee on all past due accounts.

coverNpaint may delay shipments until payment is made, require cash in advance for any additional shipments, demand immediate payment of all amounts then owing, choose to pursue collection action (including without limitation, attorneys' fees and any and all other related expenses of collection), and/or may, at its discretion, cancel all or any portion of the order if the customer fails to make payment within thirty (30) days of shipment or pick-up or fails to adhere to coverNpaint credit terms.

coverNpaint reserves the right to accept or reject any order.

All items are sold for domestic consumption in the United States.

If exported, purchaser assumes full responsibility for compliance with US export controls.
