If you received a defective part or something other than what you ordered, please email us at info@covernpaint.com

At CovernPaint, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Return:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition.
• Include the original packaging and receipt.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Email us at info@covernpaint.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will provide further instructions.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Authorizations

A return authorization (RA) number is needed for all returns. Call coverNpaint at +17734462847 on Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4 pm (CT) to get this information. Items received without a RA number may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, which coverNpaint keeps the right to impose. To and from coverNpaint, all shipping costs are on behalf of the customer.
